We’re not really going to be talking specific RECIPES as much as PRINCIPLES, RATIOS, and IDEAS. So you can use whatever fruit you’ve got — fresh or frozen. Nut butters, protein powders…. does kale really belong in a smoothie??!
We’re going to have fun, it’s going to be delicious, and we might even talk a little science. Plus: samples!
(We usually do something with pears, cardamom, and tahini; and another with cherries and chocolate…)
