It’s all about calcium, calcium, calcium… and a little vitamin D.
Right?
Wrong!
Calcium is a building block, absolutely, but the majority of us are getting enough already. So, why are we still dealing with osteopenia, osteoporosis, and the specter of fractures? The answer lies in calcium management — the nutrients we can take, and the dietary changes we can make, which will help the body send calcium to the right places (and keep it out of the wrong ones).
We’ll talk about calcium, yes. And vitamin D . But we’ll also explore magnesium, vitamin K2, silica, boron, collagen, and zinc. And we’ll also dig into some of the amazing numbers, and also controversy, around strontium.
Hopefully, people will leave with a plan. Or at least a better understanding of how to put one together.
