We will talk a little bit about calcium, but mostly about magnesium, vitamin D, strontium, and vitamin K2. How much vitamin D should we take — for bone health and immunity? What about all the different kinds of vitamin K? Can we finally settle the controversy around strontium? (Hint: we can, sort of…).
