You may have heard the saying “beauty is only skin deep,” but we beg to differ!
From our trillions of cells all the way out to our layers of skin, proper nutrition and supplementation is key to ensuring our inner beauty shines through from all the layers of our physical bodies.
These layers include the skin, muscles, tendons, and internal organs.
Our speakers will discuss the role of collagen in maintaining vibrant health through all these layers, and offer suggestions for how we can support our internal health — and its outward manifestations. They will discuss common causes of collagen loss, and modern, clinically proven ways to generate and protect collagen throughout your body. They will also discuss two related proteins, elastin and keratin, as well as how to generate and protect these beauty proteins too.
