Want a yummy frosting at the holidays? Want a decadent dip for nuts or dried fruit? For apple or pear slices? Try this and you’ll go yum. They are a good, quick source of energy, and some researchers claim the MCTs have therapeutic effects on brain disorders like epilepsy and Alzheimer’s.
