Anthony Thomas, Ph.D. Anthony earned his B.A. in Nutrition, Food Science, and Dietetics from CA State University Northridge, and his doctorate in Nutritional Biology from the University of CA at Davis. He conducted postdoctoral research at the University of CA, LA Larry Hillblom Islet Research Center. He is a national educator with Jarrow Formulas.
